Product introduction
Introduction and application of CAS No.380151-85-9 | (2-Formylphenyl)boronic acid pinacolester
(2-Formylphenyl)boronic acid pinacolester is a model complex that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi. It binds to the cell wall of the bacteria, which prevents the formation of peptidoglycan, an important component in bacterial cell walls. (2-Formylphenyl)boronic acid pinacolester has been shown to inhibit Aspergillus flavus and other fungi. This complex also has magnetic properties, as it can be used for magnetic separation and as a ligand for cyclic voltammetry.
